What this website collects
This site has no contact form, no analytics and no advertising or tracking cookies. It does not set cookies of its own. Our hosting provider processes standard server request data, including IP addresses, to deliver the site and protect it from abuse.
When you contact us
If you email or call us, we keep your contact details and what we discussed so we can respond and keep a record of the work. We use this to provide the service you asked for and to run our business. We do not sell it, and we do not use it for marketing unless you have asked us to.
Client data
Where we support your IT systems, we may have access to data those systems hold, including personal data about your staff and customers. In that arrangement you are the data controller and we act as your processor: we only act on your instructions, we keep access limited to what the work requires, and we do not use your data for any purpose of our own.
How long we keep things
We keep client records and correspondence for as long as we work together, and afterwards for as long as we need them for legal, tax and accounting purposes. Enquiries that do not become work are deleted once they are no longer useful.
Who else sees it
We use third-party providers to run our own business — for email and file storage, accounting, remote support and security tooling. They process data on our behalf under contract. We also disclose information where the law requires it.
Your rights
Under UK data protection law you can ask us for a copy of the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct it or delete it, object to how we use it, or ask us to restrict it. Email [email protected] and we will respond within one month.
If you are unhappy with how we have handled your data you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
